Online booking is also available.
A credit card or deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation | Rescheduling Policy
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for an appointment that is cancelled less than 24 business hours before the appointment time, with the exception of the eyelash extension full set appointments and permanent makeup. (please see more details below)
Eyelash extension full set appointments
We require a $40 deposit for an Eyelash extension FULL SET service. (2 hour appointment)
By paying this deposit, you agree to Beautiful Remedy’s deposit policy.
DEPOSIT POLICY FOR LASH EXTENSIONS – Your $40 deposit secures your eyelash full set appointment. Your paid deposit will be applied to the purchase of a full set at the time of your appointment. Beautiful Remedy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel less than 24 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule before 24 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours or did not show to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Since the eyelash full set appointment requires a deposit, the cancellation fee will not apply.
DEPOSIT POLICY FOR PERMANENT MAKEUP – Your $50 deposit secures your permanent makeup appointment. Your paid deposit will be applied to the service purchase at the time of your appointment. Beautiful Remedy has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all permanent makeup services. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Should you cancel less than 48 hours or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 48 hours or did not show to your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to make a new deposit to reschedule. Since permanent makeup services requires a deposit, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Late Arrivals
We ask that our clients to arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.
While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.
Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
Eyelash Fills
We will perform lash fills on work that was not originally done from Beautiful Remedy. We care about the health of your lashes. Sometimes, the previous lash work not done by Beautiful Remedy, may be determined by the lash artist to be harmful to your lashes and may be suggested to have them removed. You would then need to purchase a full set of eyelash extensions.
