Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Beautiful Remedy, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. Because our time and preparation are dedicated to each client, we ask for your understanding and respect of our scheduling policies. These guidelines help us provide the best care and availability for everyone.
Cosmetic Tattoo Appointments
A 72-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any cosmetic tattoo appointment.
If your appointment is canceled or changed within 72 hours, the $100 deposit paid at booking will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
Deposits are non-transferable for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Facial Treatments & Skincare Services
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ courtesy notice for all facial and skincare appointments.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 30% of the total service cost.
Rescheduling Policy
Life happens, and we understand plans may shift. You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment up to three times.
After three reschedules, your appointment will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
All rescheduling requests must follow the same notice requirements (72 hours for cosmetic tattoo services and 24 hours for facials).
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows and will be charged according to the policies above. Clients with multiple no-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings.
